I used to crochet during my childhood and teenage years and really miss it now. It is a heartwarming process that can produce beautiful results! Now that my older daughter is approaching the age at which I could teach her to crochet, maybe we will revisit it together.
I spent hours today crocheting and at 5.25 pm I was done! 😀 With a kind of empty feeling… I was like “Ok, I’ve spent countless hours the last few months crocheting this blanket. Now what am I going to do next?” But I am still happy. 🙂

It’s 118 x 135 cm. Almost square, but not quite. I actually thought it would be a little longer, but that’s because I misunderstood how the hexagons were pieced together. It’s still large enough. And it will keep me warm during the cold winter evenings.
I don’t know exactly when I started crocheting, but I think it was in the middle of August. So it took two months, give or take a few days.
